Aim of Kakuro:
Fill in the grid with the numbers 1 to 9 so the sum of each line totals the value in the shaded box at the beginning of each line. A number in the bottom half of a shaded box gives a downwards total; horizontal totals are shown in the top half. No number can be repeated in any run line.
How to play Kakuro:
There are two ways you can specify values for a square in the puzzle grid:

1. Position the mouse pointer over the square you want to set. Click the left mouse button. From the popup window you can select the value - or a number of possible values - for the square.
2. Position the mouse pointer over the square you want to set. Press the appropriate key on your keyboard for the value you want to set the square to.
